Important Dates to remember:
Accessible Voting Unit
A Disabled Access Unit will be available at the Auditor’s Office for those voters who have difficulty reading or a disability such as blindness or limited dexterity that prohibits them from being able to mark their ballot privately and independently. This special unit is equipped with an audio component and special switches to help the voter vote without assistance.

Meetings of the Okanogan County Canvassing Board are open, public meetings and shall be continued until the activities for which the following meetings are held have been completed. Canvass Board meetings are held in the Okanogan County Auditor’s Office, 149 3rd Ave N, Room 104, at the County Courthouse, in Okanogan.
Tuesday, at 11:00 AM to determine the status of any provisional or challenged ballots
Friday, at 2:00 PM to canvass the votes cast and certify the election
Two audits are required by law.
- Duplicated ballots – to be completed before certification
- Random – hand count of 3 precincts, one office/race no later than 48 hours after Election Day.
The audit schedule is as follows. Audits will take place in the Okanogan County Auditor’s office. Observers are welcome, it can also be viewed on okanogancounty.org/aduitor.
Random - Thursday – at 2:00 PM
Duplicated ballots- Monday- at 10:00 AM
