Records and Requests

If you need to request a document from a file, please fill out our Record Request Form.  You may drop off the form at the office, email or mail it to the clerk's address provided on the contact us page.

**The Clerk's office is now offering electronic filing.  Please see the E-Filing Tab. **


 Record Requests are usually processed within 24 to 48 hours from time of request.  Click the link Document Request Form to fill out and email to the Clerk.

  • Research Fee: $20.00
  • Certified Copy Fee: $5.00 for 1st page, and $1.00 per page after
  • Regular Copy Fee: $.50 per page
  • Electronic Copy Fee: $.25 per page


Requests for Recorded Proceedings/Court Hearings are made to the County Clerk.  Click the Request Form to fill it out and send back. There is a $25 fee per CD. If you request a CD be mailed to you, there will be an additional fee for proper shipping/handling. Please call our office at 509-422-7275 for our postage fee. If you wish, you can email the completed form to Clerk. **Please note that a Research Fee of $30 will be added if the process takes more than an hour. **

Case type 7 - Juvenile Dependency/ Truancy Cases
Case type 8 - Juvenile Delinquency
Case type 9 - Judgments - these actual files, they are judgment numbers used in and for other cases, in which monetary judgment is ordered
