Records and Requests

If you need to request a document from a file, please fill out our Record Request Form.  You may drop off the form at the office, email or mail it to the clerk's address provided on the contact us page.

**The Clerk's office is currently unable to offer electronic filing.  We are working on a solution to this issue.


 Record Requests are usually processed within 24 to 48 hours from time of request.  Click the Request for Records Form to fill out and email to the Clerk.

  • Research Fee: $20.00
  • Certified Copy Fee: $5.00 for 1st page, and $1.00 per page after
  • Regular Copy Fee: $.50 per page


Requests for Recorded Proceedings/Court Hearings are made to the County Clerk.  Click the Request Form to fill it out and send back. There is a $25 fee per CD. If you request a CD be mailed to you, there will be an additional $3.65 fee for proper shipping/handling.  If you wish, you can email the completed form to Clerk.

*NOTE: WE DO NOT HANDLE BIRTH, DEATH OR MARRIAGE CERTIFICATES.

Case type 9 - Judgments - these actual files, they are judgment numbers used in and for other cases, in which monetary judgment is ordered
