UPPER TUNK, LOWER TUNK, TAMARACK SPRING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be conducted by the Okanogan County Regional Planning Commission on November 19, 2018 regarding a proposed ordinance amending OCC 17A.400.130 Water Availability Study Areas to identify the Upper Tunk, Lower Tunk, and Tamarack Spring Basins located in Water Resource Inventory Area #49 as water availability study areas. If adopted the amendment would initiate a study of the potential water demand created by the use of permit exempt wells and the potential impact the water use would have on senior water users. The length of the study would not exceed two years.
