Juvenile Corrections Officer

FULL-TIME

The Okanogan County Department of Juvenile and Family Services is accepting applications for the position of Juvenile Corrections Officer. This position pays $3,092 per month plus benefits.

This is a professional level position providing correctional services and security within the Juvenile Corrections Center. The Juvenile Corrections Officer is responsible for the overall day to day care, safety, security and correctional programming of an incarcerated population of juveniles and the documentation, maintenance and security of records. This is a professional level position providing counseling services for the Superior Court and the Department of Juvenile and Family Services. The qualified counselor provides information, counseling, educational therapy, assessments, referrals, and discharge services. The employee will be assigned to work within the following areas: Inpatient, Outpatient/Aftercare or Assessments/CDART program/ Special Programs.
