BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

The Okanogan County Board of Adjustment is a seven (7) member Board. Each member is appointed by a County Commissioner, who selects someone from each of their own respective Districts. The individuals appointed to the Board of Adjustment shall have knowledge of and experience in dealing with problems of urban & rural development. The Board of Adjustment will hear various issues pertaining to Conditional Use Permits and Variances.

OKANOGAN COUNTY
PLANNING COMMISSION

The Okanogan County Planning Commission is composed of nine (9) members. All members are appointed by the Okanogan County Board of Commissioners. The Planning Commission advises the Board of County Commissioners on future growth and development issues. The Planning Commission reviews and makes recommendations to the Commissioners on Comprehensive Plan items, redevelopment plans, changes in development regulations, requests to rezone property.
