Child Support Deputy Prosecutor

Okanogan County Prosecuting Attorney's Office - Child Support Division

The Okanogan County Prosecutor's Office has an opening for a Deputy Prosecutor in the Child Support Division. Responsibilities of this position include matters of paternity, enforcing child support locally and interstate, modifying child support orders, as well as civil and appeal projects and miscellaneous legal research as required.

Okanogan County offers a rural lifestyle with abundant outdoor recreational activities such as fishing, hiking, river rafting and camping opportunities nearby.

Minimum qualifications include graduation from an accredited law school, licensed by the Washington State Bar Association, and a valid Washington State driver’s license. Child Support experience is preferred but not required. The monthly salary range for this position is $5,058 - $6,148.
