  • 9:00 am - Civil Law and Motion

  • 11:00 am - Agreed Orders

  • 1:30 pm - Paternity every 2nd and 4th week

  • 1:30 pm - Criminal Settlement Calendar

Wednesday

  • 9:00 am - Truancy Calendar

  • 1:30 pm - Juvenile Calendar

Thursday

  • 9:00 am - DV Protection Order Calendar

  • 1:30 pm - Dependency every 1st and 3rd week

Bench Copies are encouraged for all motions heard by the Court prior to the hearing (with time standard met by statute) and should be sent to the Superior Court Judicial Assistants and marked Bench Copy with date, time of hearing, and Judge (if information is available) indicated on the copy.
